Here are my initial sketches for this collection. I was inspired further by the woman Free People seeks to dress, and found that she has an interest in natural / organic things. Specifically, Free People wrote a blog about the natural dying process; so, I took the feedback from last critique and experimented with dip dyeing effects.
Geometric prints and lacing details are inspired by the structure of "nature" and the free flowing silhouettes are inspired by the malleability of "nurture."
